Measure Internal Diameter (Existing Ring Method)

Take a ring that already fits the finger you’re purchasing for and lay it flat. Using a ruler or digital caliper, measure the inside diameter straight across (edge-to-edge), then use the sizing chart to find your matching US size.

Tip: Make sure you’re measuring the inner opening — not the metal edges.
