What are your shipping policies?
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 ship for a small fee calculated at checkout. All pieces are carefully packed in our signature keepsake gift box and shipped within 1–2 business days. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

What is your return policy?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if they’re in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return.
We provide prepaid return shipping labels for your convenience; a flat $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once we receive and inspect your item(s). Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

What materials do you use in your jewelry?
Our jewelry is crafted by bonding a thick layer of premium 14k gold onto 316L stainless steel using an advanced PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process. This surgical-grade metal is known for its strength and durability, meaning your piece won’t oxidize, tarnish, or scratch easily.

Yes! At Lei & Mar, we're committed to exceptional quality and durability. Every piece of our jewelry is backed by our 2-Year Warranty, for your peace of mind.
What’s Covered:
Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty clasps, hinges, soldering) Color fading, tarnishing, or discoloration under normal conditions If your jewelry shows a defect or experiences color fading within two years of your original purchase date, Lei & Mar will offer a replacement at no additional charge. If an identical item isn't available, we'll provide an item of equal value and similar style. Replacement items will be protected by a new 2-year warranty starting from the replacement date.
Exclusions (What’s Not Covered):
General wear and tear, scratches, or damage from improper care Items altered or repaired by third parties Lost or stolen items Making a Warranty Claim:
To start a warranty claim, email us at support@leiandmar.com with your order number, clear photos or videos showing the issue, and a brief description. Our customer care team will promptly assist you.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We work quickly to get your order shipped. If you need to make a change, please contact us at support@leiandmar.com as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes can be made once an order is placed, but we will do our best to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
Every piece arrives in our signature keepsake gift box, ready for gifting. At this time, we do not offer custom gift messages, but we hope to in the future!
